Process
Managing a production process in the world of financial research publishing is guaranteed to be a stressful position. An incorrect piece of data, a compliance error or a formatting problem can lead to embarassment, a damaged reputation or worse.
Process can remove some of the inherent risk by giving you a comprehensive platform for not only managing, but also automating, the entire production workflow.
Process in Action
You can add documents directly ino Process, and all document started in Create automatically appear on submission. The colour coded screen shows you those documents that have just been added, as well as highlighting documents that have changed state or are coming due for publication.
You can view and edit documents, move them forwards or backwards, execute events and change meta-data. Set completion dates to help prioritise the workload and proactively alert others to urgent actions required.
Use the automated event features to ease your workload. Automatically process documents by getting Comply to carry out compliance checks, insert disclosure content and use other events to convert files for publication and update financial data.
Automated events also synchronise the publication of financial data and documents, ensuring that your firm presents a consistent view to the world.
In case things do go wrong, every action is fully audited and a version history is maintained, allowing you to revert to a previous version.
Process gives you more control, improved productivity and reduced time-to-market.
